Healthy Goals –Community Football & Food Project for Kids

Healthy Goals is a new, FREE 28-week programme designed to support children and families most affected by the cost-of-living crisis. Developed by Bengal Dragons Foundation and Naseeha Youth Project, the initiative combines the power of sport, nutrition, and community care to give children aged 7–16 a safe space to play, eat and learn every week.

What the Programme Offers

• Weekly Football Sessions: Delivered by qualified coaches, the sessions are fun, inclusive, and focused on teamwork, confidence and physical activity.
